RETURN POLICY

Order Cancellation

Please be aware, once an order is placed, we can't cancel the order, as it begins processing immediately. However, once your order arrives to you, you may reach out to our support team in order to start the return process. Once you return your order, we can process a refund. There will be a minimum fee of $20 to process your return.

RETURN POLICY OVERVIEW

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be shipped within 14 days after a return address is provided, otherwise the return will no longer be eligible.

Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Items marked as final sale or purchased with discounts are not eligible for returns.


DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care and beauty products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids
  • Gases
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must:

  • Be unworn or unused
  • Have tags attached
  • Be in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing may take up to 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund

EXCHANGES

If an exchange is accommodated, the exchanged order is no longer eligible for a refund.
